Atam ID is a growing technology company. We are launching services in different jurisdictions and are recruiting for three multi-lingual customer service representatives / administrative assistants.
- Accurately translating various customer facing texts and legal statements to/from English-German/Italian/Portuguese
- Handling customer service calls by phone and email in English-German/Italian/Portuguese
- Researching and inputting data to a database
- Supporting the Operations division with administrative support
- Proven experience working in a Customer Support/Translation role
- Good computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German/Italian/Portuguese
- Additional European languages would be looked on favourably.
- Alternative European languages may be considered.
